Qigong is a movement mediation practice that stems from ancient Chinese Taoist and spiritual practices, and supports the circulation of vital energy. No experience needed, and you are invited to come as you are. We'll work with breath, harmonizing movement, expansion and relaxation, and stillness.
I’ve been studying Wild Goose Qigong with Margit Galanter / the vivid grove for the past 15 years, and find this form to be incredibly supportive in embodying a wider sense of aliveness, interconnectedness, and presence. I love sharing the practice, and creating a collective field.
Advance registration is appreciated. To sign up for the full series, email marapoliak@gmail.com. Drop-ins are also welcome. Feel free to contact me in advance with questions or access needs. If the cost is a barrier, please be in touch – no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Masks are required for collective care in an ongoing pandemic.
