Qigong is a movement mediation practice that stems from ancient Chinese Taoist and spiritual practices, and supports the circulation of vital energy. Meeting monthly, we’ll work with accessible whole-body movement and meditation to nourish, harmonize, and settle our body and spirit in the shift from summer to fall. Wild Goose Qigong is understood as a complete healing practice, supporting us to cultivate our own sense of balance, interconnectedness, and presence. mara has been studying in this lineage with Margit Galanter / the vivid grove for the past 15 years. No experience needed, and you are invited to come as you are.

Access info: We’ll meet outside in a medium-sized grassy backyard, with bathrooms and water available inside, up three stairsteps. Wear comfortables shoes and bring layers. In the case of extreme weather, we will shift indoors – I’ll update everyone the day-of if so.
